Prior to joining Abel Property, Steve spent 15 years as the managing director of a significant trades and services company and was then chief executive officer of another firm that employed over 130 staff. Steve has also served on a number of boards, one of which as chairman.
Nicole Jones, Director
Born in Scotland, Nicole migrated to Australia with her family when she was a bonny two-year-old. Nicole has been at the forefront of multiple successful business ventures prior to joining forces with Abel Property, ranging from trade services, distribution and pharmaceutical. After forging a path as a successful western suburbs selling agent, Nicole is now the proud director of Abel Projects, one of WA’s most prominent project marketing firms.
Adrian Abel, Founder & CEO of Abel Property
As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Abel Property, Adrian is a household name in Perth. Adrian’s reputation is flawless and he is renowned for his negotiation skills, business acumen and sales success. From an operational perspective, Adrian has created an internal business culture that has made Abel Property and its associated divisions the workplace of choice for Perth’s best real estate practitioners.
Gethen Sullivan, Sales Executive
Gethen is a highly skilled & knowledgeable sales executive, with 12+ years’ experience in apartment sales (Off the Plan and Established). He is extremely passionate about property sales and architectural aesthetics. Gethen prides himself on his exemplary customer service and attention to detail. He has more than 20 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing and Negotiation within various industries where customer satisfaction is paramount.
Ryan Abel, Sales Executive
Real estate flows through Ryan’s veins and is part of his family with his Father Adrian Abel the Founder of Abel Property. Ryan started in real estate in a Business Development Manager’s role, providing Ryan with the foundation of exceptional service levels. Sales has always been Ryan’s passion and he is now able to share his drive, knowledge and high level of communication with his sales clients.
Prior to joining the team at Abel Property Ryan enjoyed many years’ experience in the financial sector both here in Australia and overseas – where he established a leading financial services business.
“From my perspective, it’s all about improving the end-result for our clients. Whether that’s by taking a more personal approach to the services we provide or finding new ways to improve our client’s return on investment, I’m constantly looking for that edge for our clients,” Ryan said.
Nicola Tobin, Sales Executive
Nicola’s career background includes working for Virgin Atlantic Airways as a long haul senior flight attendant in the 90’s (good old days!!), followed by selling new homes in the UK for a large national builder. Moving to Perth in 2004 from the UK, Nicola went on to own two businesses in hospitality and retail services.
With a multicultural upbringing between the UK, Europe and the Middle East, Nicola has a natural ability in understanding her client’s requirements, offering a thorough and conscientious service. She has over 10 years of project sales experience helping clients buy new and off the plan apartments as well as new turnkey homes.

Hannah Collins, Sales Administrator
Hannah joins our team with 12 plus years experience in the real estate industry. Recently she has being working as a Property Manager and has now moved to an administrative role as she has a strong love for this side of the industry. Hannah is loving her role at Abel Projects WA supporting our team with Sales Administration.
Having moved to Perth from the UK in 2012 Hannah loves the beautiful beaches blue skies of Perth and enjoys spending quality time with her family and have a love of baking.
Kirsty Barber, Office & Sales Administrator
As an experienced office and marketing administrator, Kirsty has worked across many industries including Finance, Human Resources and Publishing. With a keen interest in real estate, Kirsty is enjoying the variety of her role and the ability to utilise her administration and marketing skills to support the Abel Projects WA team.
