Prior to joining Abel Property, Steve spent 15 years as the managing director of a significant trades and services company and was then chief executive officer of another firm that employed over 130 staff. Steve has also served on a number of boards, one of which as chairman.
Nicole Jones, Director
Born in Scotland, Nicole migrated to Australia with her family when she was a bonny two-year-old. Nicole has been at the forefront of multiple successful business ventures prior to joining forces with Abel Property, ranging from trade services, distribution and pharmaceutical. After forging a path as a successful western suburbs selling agent, Nicole is now the proud director of Abel Projects, one of WA’s most prominent project marketing firms.
Adrian Abel, CEO and Founder of Abel Property
As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Abel Property, Adrian is a household name in Perth. Adrian’s reputation is flawless and he is renowned for his negotiation skills, business acumen and sales success. From an operational perspective, Adrian has created an internal business culture that has made Abel Property and its associated divisions the workplace of choice for Perth’s best real estate practitioners.
Yanti Sujatna, Sales Executive
While a 20-year corporate marketing career for various multi-national organisations is certainly impressive, what really sets Yanti apart is her 9 years as a Specialist Buyers Agent spanning Singapore, New Zealand and Australian markets. Her experience in working with buyers to purchase their dream home or acquire quality investment property, provides Yanti with a unique set of skills and expertise that she brings to the Abel Projects Division.
Samuel Delaney, Sales Executive
Sam was originally employed by Abel Property as Adrian Abel’s Executive Assistant. It soon became very obvious that Sam possessed skills for “bigger things” and within six months he transitioned to a sales role within Adrian’s Western Suburbs team. Twelve-months later he was hand-picked to join the Abel Projects WA team.
Lucy Baker, Marketing Coordinator
As well as being highly creative in her approach to project marketing, Lucy has the skills to manage any number of tasks at the one time. As Abel Projects WA’s marketing coordinator, Lucy’s responsibilities include overseeing all components of each client’s promotional collateral, managing print and digital requirements and ensuring all work produced is of the highest standard.
