As a winner of the 40-Under-40 Businessman of the Year award, Steve knows what it takes to be successful in business. Prior to joining Abel Property, Steve spent 15 years as the managing director of a significant trades and services company and was then chief executive officer of another firm that employed over 130 staff. Steve has also served on a number of boards, one of which as chairman.
Shortly after joining Abel Property as a sales consultant, Steve was earmarked for the position of sales manager. His success in this role and his knowledge of all facets of the residential development process made him the obvious choice to take up the reigns as director of Abel Projects.
Steve’s understanding of the entire development process is second-to-none. From finance and feasibility, planning and approvals, demographics and marketing, and legal and compliance requirements, Steve is the perfect professional to have by your side.

It would be an absolute pleasure and I will definitely sit down and ramble on and on about how good you are (only joking) seriously if you can give me a week I will send a glowing reference through. But seriously there is nothing more you could do in regards to the level of service, passion that you have or your down to earth nature that could have made the experience any more pleasant.
The only thing I will suggest is maybe having a day “OFF” every now and again, I’m sure Steve would enjoy that. But seeing how driven you are I’m sure you have a long term plan or a goal that you are chasing so good luck!!
